   Revise the names of some food.
Step 2 Presentation
   Teach the following words: sweet, snack, Coke, sugar, fruit, milk, bread, meat, juice and get the students to say which is healthy and which is unhealthy.
Step 3 Reading and understanding
   Read the article and answer the following questions:
   1.How often does Kitty dance?
   2.How long does Kitty dance every day?
   3.What does Daniel want to do?
   4.What does Daniel plan to have for breakfast?
   Listen to the tape and read after the tape.
Step 4 Comparison
   Get the students to read the article carefully and finish the form and answer the questions:
Does Kitty have a healthy lifestyle? Why?
   Do you think Daniel has a healthy diet?
Step 5 Exercises
   1.Finish Exercise C1 on Page 62.
