Step 1 Revision
   Get some Ss to say something about Kitty’s and Daniel’s diets and lifestyles according to the form finished in the last period.
Step 2 Listening and repeating
   Listen to the tape and repeat sentence by sentence.
Step 3 Explaining
   Explain the language points to the students.
Step 4 Discussing
   Get the students to discuss what is healthy diet and lifestyle in groups. Ask them to write down the ideas on pieces of paper. And then show their ideas in the front.
